Amanda redesigned the whole top half of the dress and sometimes it was difficult for me to visualize the final outcome, but I knew I could 100 percent trust Amanda and she did not disappoint. There were also times I looked toward Amanda’s professional input and she created a bustle that I love and never would have been able to dream up on my own. Since my mom’s wedding dress is 30+ years old the color needed to be restored because it had some yellowing and discoloration.
Amanda walked me through the restoration process, presented the potential challenges and was extremely considerate of the delicate material. I’m happy to say it was a success and the dress came out like new.

“Finding Amanda was a gift. I was looking for an appropriate dress for my wedding since I am in my late 50’s . A huge challenge as all the dresses were short! So I purchased a fit and flare jacquard dress and Amanda transformed it into a beautifully classic and elegant age appropriate dress. She even suggested and designed a belt and wrap to tie it all together. I now have a one of a kind! “For my wedding, I desired a gown that was a reflection of my style and aesthetic. “When I first started looking at wedding dresses I knew what I wanted but had yet to try any on. The first time I went to try on dresses I found out that if I bought a dress from the bridal shop I would be spending a lot of money in alterations. Not only was Amanda able to create the dress of my dreams, and she also added pockets to my dress, created my veil, and made a very special clutch purse.
